# Phase 0 Checklist

## Goal

Create a professional project foundation before installing anything.

## Checklist

- [ ] Create GitHub repository named `astracloud-idp`.
- [ ] Push this starter folder to GitHub.
- [ ] Update domain placeholders.
- [ ] Decide final domain/subdomain names.
- [ ] Add your GitHub username/org name in docs.
- [ ] Create basic project board or GitHub issues.
- [ ] Add labels: `phase-0`, `phase-1`, `infra`, `gitops`, `security`, `observability`, `docs`.
- [ ] Create initial milestones.
- [ ] Confirm home server OS and IP.
- [ ] Confirm router/local network details.
- [ ] Confirm Cloudflare account/domain availability.
- [ ] Confirm AWS/Azure/GCP free credit accounts.
- [ ] Confirm SSH key for server access.
- [ ] Take screenshot of initial repo for documentation.

## Deliverable

A clean GitHub repository with project documentation, roadmap, diagrams, and folder structure.

## Phase 0 Done When

You can open the GitHub repo and clearly explain:

- What the project is.
- What problem it solves.
- What tools are used.
- What the final architecture looks like.
- What Phase 1 will do.
