## Phase 0: Foundation

Create repo, docs, diagrams, standards, and folders.

## Phase 1: Home Server Base Setup

Install Ubuntu Server, Docker, K3s, kubectl, Helm, firewall, SSH hardening.

## Phase 2: Kubernetes Bootstrap

Install Argo CD, ingress, cert-manager, Cloudflare Tunnel, namespaces, Longhorn.

## Phase 3: GitOps Foundation

Create app-of-apps pattern and deploy sample app through Argo CD.

## Phase 4: Developer Portal

Deploy Backstage and connect GitHub catalog.

## Phase 5: First Template

Create Node.js API template with Dockerfile, Helm chart, CI workflow, and catalog-info.yaml.

## Phase 6: CI/CD

Add GitHub Actions pipeline to test, scan, build, push, and update GitOps.

## Phase 7: Harbor Registry

Deploy Harbor and push/pull images from the cluster.

## Phase 8: DevSecOps Scanning

Add Trivy, Gitleaks, SonarQube, and CI quality gates.

## Phase 9: Kubernetes Policy

Install Kyverno and enforce secure deployment policies.

## Phase 10: Observability

Install Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo/OpenTelemetry, and Alertmanager.

## Phase 11: More Templates

Add Python FastAPI, React frontend, static site, CronJob, and worker templates.

## Phase 12: Authentication

Install Keycloak and connect Backstage SSO.

## Phase 13: Backup and Restore

Install Velero and configure Longhorn backup/restore testing.

Use Terraform + Ansible to create temporary AWS K3s and restore apps.

## Phase 15: Azure DR

Use Terraform + Ansible to create temporary Azure K3s and restore apps.

## Phase 16: GCP DR

Use Terraform + Ansible to create temporary GCP K3s and restore apps.

## Phase 17: Jenkins Operations

Create backup, restore, DR, security, and destroy jobs.

## Phase 18: Final Portfolio Polish

Add screenshots, diagrams, demo video script, README polish, and resume points.
